  • No. We are licensed brokers affiliated with Cetera Advisors, a registered broker-dealer and member of FINRA/SIPC. Unlike RIAs, we do not charge ongoing advisory fees. Instead, we are compensated through commissions from the mutual funds and bonds we recommend.

  • We do not receive direct payment from clients. When you purchase a fund or bond, the product provider compensates us with a commission. This means you do not write us a check or pay an annual management fee.

  • No. We do not charge a percentage-based advisory fee. Many investment advisers charge around 1% of assets annually. Our compensation is built into the investment product, which can help keep more of your money invested and compounding over time

  • It means we are compensated at the time a product is purchased. For example, if you buy a mutual fund or bond, the fund company pays us a commission. You are not billed separately.

  • Not necessarily. Both models are regulated and widely used. With fee-only arrangements, clients pay an ongoing percentage fee every year, regardless of account activity. With commission-based, you do not pay us directly, and there are no recurring annual management fees deducted from your account. The right structure depends on your needs and preferences.

  • We focus on fixed income and mutual fund strategies that provide daily pricing, liquidity, and transparency. Our philosophy emphasizes income, stability, and long-term growth rather than speculation or short-term trading.

  • Many mutual funds offer 'breakpoints,' which are reduced sales charges for larger investments. These rules are set by the fund companies and disclosed in their prospectuses. Our role is to ensure you understand how they apply and, when available, help you invest at Net Asset Value (NAV) so that no upfront sales charge is taken out of your investment.

  • We take the time to understand your financial situation, goals, risk tolerance, and tax bracket. Only after assessing your needs do we recommend products we believe are appropriate.

  • As brokers, our role is to provide investment guidance and product recommendations. While we do not offer comprehensive financial planning as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) would, we help clients align investments with their broader financial goals and life circumstances.

  • We stay connected through ongoing reviews and are available whenever you need us — not just during market events. Our goal is to maintain open communication so you feel informed and confident.

  • All securities transactions are conducted through Cetera Advisors, a member of FINRA/SIPC. SIPC provides limited protection for client accounts, and we operate under strict industry regulations designed to safeguard investors.
